Educational Farm
Through the educational run, the farm offers schools the opportunity to show young pupils the agricultural world with its culture, tradition, products, animals, focusing on the production and processing of the products that preserve the charm and authenticity of craft and homemade work, living the whole experience in direct contact with nature.
The encounter between farm and school plays an important role in the educational and developmental growth of the child.
It also offers a vision of a new farm transformed in a multifunctional farm.
Farmer’s Market
From the exaltation of nature comes our market, the shop point of farm products where old tools and photographs witness the historical evolution of rural work and county life, enclosing the various processing activities in order to intersect the farming sector with the gastronomy.
Here the various laboratories of the structure offer their maximum work.
The harmony of colors and scents, made suggestive by the charming traits of the past, give free rein to imagination in gastronomy.
The wide range of products displayed inside the market is intended for direct sales.
Agricultural Activities
The farm consists of about 100 hectares and produces: wheat, olives, grapes, almonds, sunflowers, sugar beets, legumes, etc…
It owns all the equipment necessary to work in the fields and harvest the fruits, that are largely transformed into finished products in the farm itself.
The farm allows its guests to attend the different stages of production and processing of the products.
